COLOR CHANNELING PORTRAITS

2017-2021

Color Channeling was a portrait series I began in 2017. Through this body of work, I explored how color and multidimensionality can transcend the boundaries of traditional portraiture—and transform the ordinary portrait into a modern, more stimulating work of art. I played with many different variations of color channeling and used iconic faces throughout history to show the many different expressions that color can amplify.

I have shifted away from this style, but it will always be a reminder of my fascination with color and its effects on a work of Art.
